Paratus - What is it?

Paratus supports the many 'roles' that contribute to the successful delivery of an organisation's Structured Training Programme.

The web-based service is ideal for training-providers, sponsoring-organisations, managing-agents, employers, external assessors and learners involved in, for example, occupational/ vocational training programmes or Advanced Apprentice Programmes.

- And because access to Paratus is via any internet-enabled personal computer, there is no need to install special software on your network servers or PC’s, which in turn means no added IT support burden placed on you or your IT staff.

How will it help me?

Of course, you may already be able to generate accurate, up-to-date reports on learner or programme progress, whenever required and with minimal effort?
.... if not, Paratus is for you.

The business of capturing and recording information, tracking and analysing progress – together with the need to regularly report back to sponsors / employers and the learners themselves, can present an administrative nightmare 'challenge' for all concerned, even where small numbers of trainees are involved.

Without an integrated approach, collecting and collating information, performing qualitative analyses and generating reports can be a time–consuming and costly exercise.

Paratus addresses these challenges, by enabling those associated with the training programme to have their own 'role–based' access to the system.

So, progress, results, assessments and comments can be input immediately at source, by the very people who have the required information, thereby spreading the data–capture workload and providing up-to-date analysis of learner and course results to anyone authorised to view the information.

  How
  do I
  use
  it?

All you need is your unique 'user-id' and password, and you’re ready to go!

Paratus lets you record, track, analyse and report on the progress of 'learners' (trainees, students, apprentices, employees) as they advance through a curriculum.

Block–release and assessment schedules are always available on–line, which helps all concerned when forward planning and scheduling for the workplace.

Paratus lets you upload course materials, self–study packs, diagrams, multi-media files etc. and make them available on–line to Tutors, Learners or anyone authorised to access them.
